Forest Gun

The creatures of this forest don't want your life. They want your shotgun.

You have three minutes before dark. The mushrooms have legs — and they run away screaming the moment they see you. Chase them down, catch them with your bare hands, and get them to the mushroom trader before night falls. Only the mushrooms you deliver count.

The trader will sell you a new gun for exactly one mushroom. You're going to need it.

Meet the locals

• Lasher — rips the gun out of your hands with its tongue. Keep your distance.
• Weaver — a giant purple spider on long legs. Throws webs from across the clearing and yanks your shotgun away.
• Spitter — spits acid. Four hits and your gun is gone.
• Magpie — dives from above and steals your shells. Look up.
• Puffball — rolls up and bursts into thick fog.
• The Alpha — shows up when you least expect it. Five shots. Five mushrooms.

Six forests, each harder than the last

Ambush · Acid Woods · The Web · Thieves · Fog · Dusk. Every forest has its own look, its own mix of creatures and its own goal. Deliver enough mushrooms before dark to open the next one. Earn up to three stars in each.
